HUD staff held an interactive video conference training with the Puerto Rico Field Office and HUD-approved housing counseling agencies in Puerto Rico on Wednesday, February 22, 2006. The video conference training was conducted in both Spanish and English. The training content included an overview of electronic application submission, general grant writing tips, and a review of the FY 2005 Housing Counseling NOFA.
