This web page was created to give IA staff an opportunity to reduce the time spent duplicating and distributing newly released IA Decisions and to accomplish public release of documents in a faster and more efficient manner. Rather than mailing multiple paper copies of IA decisions, or sending multi-megabyte files as email attachments, IA staff now have the option to place the decisions on this page prior to publication in the Federal Register for parties to review and download. Decisions will only remain on this page until they are published in the Federal Register, at which time they will be removed from this page and added to the IA monthly index of Federal Register Notices which is updated every Friday. Not all IA decisions will appear on this page prior to publication so please continue to rely on the monthly index for the complete list.
