These next several months will be rewarding and challenging as you settle into your role as “Mommy” while also focusing on your career at Fermilab. According to the U.S. Breastfeeding Committee, returning to work is one of the biggest barriers for a mother to continue breastfeeding.
It is our mission to ease your transition back to work and to assist you in continuing to provide your baby with breast milk. Please contact the Employee Relations department with any comments, concerns, or suggestions for improvements to our program.
