Program Management Community of Practice

The PM Community of Practice (CoP) serves as the central repository for Program Management knowledge for the Acquisition, Technology, and Logistic (AT&L) Workforce. UNCLASSIFIED INFO ONLY! We are looking for Subject Matter Experts that are willing to actively manage a topic folder or contribute content to a topic. If you are interested, please contact PMCoP@dau.mil and let us know what topics you would like to work on.

Content within the PM CoP is organized into the follows major categories (click on the blue links):

Library View contains an alphabetical listing of all the topic folders found in the PM CoP. There are over 200 topics listed in this folder.
Program Office Organization View contains a list of communities and knowledge by Program Office Functions.
Life Cycle Framework View will take you to a folder containing a top level and a comprehensive Life Cycle Framework chart.
External Influences include some agencies and organizations that have potential influence on a Program.
