Where can my agency purchase a seminar registration and how do we get billed for class attendance?
To apply for participation in Management Development Center seminars contact your agency Training Officer. You can also enter a registration request online on this website. For information about registering for MDC seminars, call 304-870-8008 or email us at register@opm.gov. You will be directed to the National Sales Representative who works with your agency. Tuition that is covered by a training document will be billed at the end of the course. If a purchase card is used for registration it will be processed at the time of registration.

Can I get college credit for attending a seminar?
Many of our classes are ACE accredited for either or both undergraduate and graduate credit. In the catalog and on this website please look for the mortarboard icon in the course description – this will specify the type and amount of credit available for that course. Additionally, you can check with the Program Director for each specific seminar. We will be glad to assist you with applying for ACE credits for your seminar.

How do I get a course catalog and schedule?
Please follow this link: http://www.leadership.opm.gov/Catalog/Index.aspx You can also call the National Sales office at 304-870-8008 and ask to speak with one of our Customer Outreach Representatives.

What if I need to cancel or send a substitute?
All registrations are FINAL and tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled session, your agency will have the option of re-scheduling you only if the request is made in writing NO LATER THAN FOUR WEEKS prior to the start date of the session. Your agency may have the option of sending a substitute to attend in your place. Please contact your sales account representative. If you do not have the contact information, please call the National Sales Office at 304-870-8008 or by email at register@opm.gov, and you will be directed to the sales account representative who works with your agency.

Can I rent use of the facility for an agency retreat of our own design?
Yes. The Management Conference Service at the Eastern Management Development Center was created to make our facility available to other government organizations. How can I get a job at FEI and the Management Development Centers?
Permanent professional opportunities at FEI and the Management Development Centers are very limited. We do select three to five Executives In Residence each year at the FEI, and all centers have an active adjunct faculty program. All openings are posted at www.usajobs.com
