• Maintain 24/7 database of Federal contacts for emergencies
• Maintain an automated emergency communication system
• Offer emergency management training and education programs

• Provide assistance and referral regarding emergency preparedness
• Foster relationships with multiple levels of government regarding emergency issues
• Develop emergency dismissal plan
• Respond to OPM inquiries regarding incidents that have an impact on the wider federal community
• Distribute communications and policies from higher authorities following an emergency

• Establish/network FEB Training Council

- Develop agency talent and bridge skill gaps
• Promote and share local agency best practices

• Maintain and promote Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program
• Provide information on recruitment and retention services
