Children, Youth, and Families at Risk Capacity Building

The purpose of CYFAR Capacity Building Program funding is to build the capacity through professional development strategies and best practice dissemination for delivery of educational programs and quality comprehensive community-based programs for at-risk children, youth, and families supported by the Cooperative Extension System.

    Applications may be submitted by Cooperative Extension at 1890 Land-Grant Institutions, including Tuskegee University and West Virginia State University, at 1862 Land-Grant Colleges and Universities, and the University of the District of Columbia.
