Effective management of human capital is critical to meeting the challenges confronting 21st century leaders. • The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program recruits men and women with graduate degrees who have a commitment to public service, and provides a two-year leadership program.
• SES and Schedule C Briefings are offered to new Federal executives, appointed as new Administration appointees, or to the SES.
