Photos of Transition to New Mission Support Contractor The Mission Support Alliance (MSA) assumed responsibility on August 24, 2009 for providing site-wide services to the Department of Energy and its contractors conducting cleanup work after a 90-day transition from previous contractor Fluor Hanford.
