American Citizen Services (ACS) PLEASE NOTE: If you are feeling unwell or are exhibiting flu-like symptoms on the day of your appointment, please do not come to the American Citizen Services Unit for your appointment. Instead, please contact us by email at AMCTelAviv@state.gov and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. To protect the health of our employees and fellow American citizens, if you do come to our office and you are exhibiting signs that you are ill, you may be asked to leave and reschedule your appointment. The American Citizen Services Unit of the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv provides information and assistance to U.S. citizens residing or traveling through the Tel Aviv Consular District (comprised of greenline Israel.) Residents of Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Gaza must contact the U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem. Applicants residing outside Tel Aviv's Consular District who come to the American Citizen Services Unit in Tel Aviv without an appointment will be requested to seek services at the Consulate in Jerusalem. The following are discouraged items when coming to the Embassy: Backpacks, coolers, briefcases, suitcases, etc. Passport and notarial services are done by appointment only! All fees must be paid in either cash or by an international credit card (cards with 15 or 16 numbers). We do not accept debit cards.
