Applying Social Science in Coastal Management

Remember the low-tech dial-o-matics of the past? We've put our own "spin" on the cardboard wheel to promote awareness among coastal managers about social science tools.

The double-sided wheel provides basic information about coastal management issues and the social science tools used to address these issues. The tools include focus groups, surveys, content analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
