in Glenwood: Improvements at I-70, Exit 116
CDOT to hold Public Open House
GLENWOOD SPRINGS – The Colorado Department of Transportation and contractor Scott Contracting will host a public open house on Monday, August 17, at the Glenwood Springs Community Center on 100 Wolfson Rd., from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Work on the interchange improvement project—which will receive $2.5 million in ARRA funding (as well as additional funding)—is expected to start on the 17th, although traffic impacts will not begin initially. To learn more about the scope of the project (which also includes resurfacing of the SH 82/Grand Avenue Bridge) and traffic impacts, the public is encouraged to stop by the open house to view display boards and talk with project representatives.
