The Colorado Department of Revenue conducts a variety of class offerings listed below where you'll see the class titles, descriptions and a link to register online if class is available in the live format. THERE IS NO COST TO ATTEND; however, due to limited seating, PRE-REGISTRATION is required. Click on the Registration link below for dates, times and locations of classes. |
Attention Tax Professionals -- The "live" Tax Professional Update classes are no longer offered. However, the Tax Professionals Update 2009 class content will be offered in a variety of electronic formats and can also be taken online with CPE credit. The class will be available in PowerPoint or PDF formats, or take it online with CPE credit. The Update Class for 2009 should be available sometime in October. Please check back. Frequently Asked Questions Regarding our Tax Classes
Live classes are held throughout Colorado, although, most classes are held in the Metro Denver area, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and Grand Junction. Topics include but are not limited to: Colorado sales/use tax classes for those with no knowledge to those who are sales/use tax savvy; employer/employee basics 101; and, sales/use tax classes for the construction, hospitality and printing industries too. A Colorado Update Class for tax professionals is offered in an online format only where it can be viewed in pdf or power point formats or taken online where CPE credit can be obtained. To take an online class with CPE credit, click on the online version next to the class title below for a list of available classes. CPE credit is available for all live classes unless otherwise stated.
View Class Information Online - If you cannot attend any of the live classes, you have the option of viewing all of the class content for each class in power point and pdf formats. Many classes can also be taken online with CPE credit. However, not all class offerings are currently offered in the format with CPE credit, but please check back as additional classes will be added in the future.
