Colorado Flag Policy Protocol
FLAGS LOWERED TO HALF-STAFF
In accordance with today's presidential proclamation ordering U.S. flags lowered to half-staff on all federal facilities through Aug. 30 to honor U.S. Sen. Ted Kennedy, Gov. Ritter has also directed that U.S. and Colorado flags be lowered to half-staff on state facilities through sunset on the 30th.
