Provides training, information and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (IT) to people in Delaware, Washington D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.

Assistive Technology Equipment Demonstration & Loan Program
Allows people with disabilities, their families, and professionals to observe and try out Assistive Technology (AT) devices.

Works to negotiate discounts on devices and software for member schools providing low-cost, quality training opportunities.
Easter Seals of the Greater Washington-Baltimore Region
Services offered include adult day services, child development centers and assistive technology demonstrations and evaluations.
Equipment Link
Free service that connects people who have disability-related equipment to sell, lend or donate with people who need it.
Learning Independence Through Computers (LINC)
A non-profit computer resource center that provides opportunities for people with disabilities, their families, professionals and members of the business community to explore adaptive technology, computer systems, software and the Internet.
Maryland Assistive Technology Loan Program
Helps Maryland residents with disabilities and their families qualify for low-interest loans to buy equipment that will help them live, work and learn more independently.
Maryland Information Technology Nonvisual Access

Provides guidance to Maryland agencies required to comply with the Maryland Information Technology Nonvisual Access regulations and establishes the general requirements and responsibilities for ensuring that information technologies are compliant with the regulatory requirements for nonvisual access.

Maryland Relay
A public service offered to people who are deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind or speech disabled to help them easily communicate through TTY (text telephone) with anyone using a standard phone.
Maryland Technology Assistance Program
Provides information and consultation on assistive technology to aid individuals with disabilities, their family, friends and advocates, state agencies and employers.
WorkABILITY Loan Program
Helps Maryland residents with disabilities qualify for low-interest loans to buy equipment to be able to telework or start small businesses.
