This Disability & Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC) provides training and information on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including state and local government responsibilities under Title II of the ADA, as well as information on accessible electronic and information technology for people in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
Iowa Able Foundation
Offers loans to Iowans who need to purchase assistive technology such as specialized computers or software, wheelchairs, communication devices, home modifications, vehicle modifications and other devices.

Offers the specialized, integrated services that blind and severely visually impaired Iowans need to live independently and work competitively, including assistive technology.
