Career Transition Program
Employment program provides a variety of services including career assessment, supported employment services, supported educational services and case management. The program is currently accepting referrals and is actively recruiting Montgomery County juniors, seniors, recent graduates, GED students and students that have recently exited high school that are between the ages of 16 and 22 and have mental health concerns.
Disability Program Navigator Initiative in Maryland
Disability Program Navigators are located at the One-Stop Career Centers throughout the state and help assist people with disabilities in obtaining and keeping employment.

Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council
An independent, self-governing organization that represents the interests of people with developmental disabilities and their families. Also designs and sponsors innovative projects to help increase independence, productivity and contribution, and full inclusion in community life for people with developmental disabilities.
Maryland Disability Employment Tax Credit
Businesses that hire people with disabilities may be entitled to a tax credit for wages paid to the employees and for child care or transportation expenses paid on behalf of the employees.

High School/High Tech is a specially designed program for high school students with disabilities who want to explore careers in math, science, technology and engineering.

Project Access High School Transition Program for Students with Disabilities
Facilitates the transition of high school students with disabilities into postsecondary education to increase the success rate and retention of freshman students with disabilities at Howard Community College, and helps to improve career counseling and job placement services for students with disabilities.

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) - Baltimore, MD Field Office

Enforces many federal civil laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), that prohibit job discrimination. The Baltimore Field Office has jurisdiction over the state of Maryland.

United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Central Maryland Employment Services
Provides services and supports to individuals with disabilities to assist them to choose, obtain, and maintain paid employment in community settings.
WorkABILITY Loan Program
Helps Maryland residents with disabilities qualify for low-interest loans to buy equipment to be able to telework or start small businesses.
