Continuum of Care
Serves South Carolina children with severe emotional disturbance.
Described & Captioned Media Program
Promotes equal access to communication and learning through described and captioned educational media. The DCMP provides a free-loan media program of over 4,000 open-captioned titles (videos, CD-ROM and DVD).
Disability Action Center

A non-profit, consumer governed Center for Independent Living. Programs and services support persons with disabilities in taking full advantage of community resources, enhancing personal opportunities and determining the direction of their lives. Center serves people living in the Midlands and Upstate Regions.

PEPNet-South
The Postsecondary Education Programs Network (PEPNet) provides resources, information, in-service training and technical assistance for postsecondary institutions to improve existing services or to establish new services for students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
Parent Training & Resource Center
Offers support, training, information and referral to families accessing special education services for their children and youth with disabilities.
South Carolina Access
Features a guide to available resources for older adults, people with disabilities, their family members and caregivers in South Carolina. Includes information on transportation, benefits, health care, assistive technology and more.
South Carolina Department of Disabilities & Special Needs
