Description: Each day, Lake Erie’s duty MAA and the assigned duty driver are required to conduct a vehicle safety inspection for each command vehicle. To ensure a proper safety inspection is conducted, Lake Erie developed a vehicle-inspection checksheet to assist in the safety inspection.
