Welcome to the USCENTCOM Family Readiness Program (FRP) Information Page.  The FRP assists families in times of peace, crisis, and war with information that improves the quality of military family life, prepares them for extended deployment separations, sustains families during deployment, and facilitates smooth family reintegration following deployment.

Each USCENTCOM Directorate and Special Staff Office appoints a Family Readiness Coordinator (FRC) to establish and maintain a program that accesses families to organizations and services supportive of the mobile military lifestyle.  These enthusiastic volunteers are also an important link between families and the military member’s Directorate or Special Staff Office.  To participate in this voluntary program contact your Family Readiness Coordinator and ask to be added to their data base, or contact the program director at the telephone number and e-mail address provided below.

In addition, this information page provides the current and archived editions of the USCENTCOM Family Newsletter, a bi-monthly publication offering families up-to-date information about Department of Defense (DoD) programs and military community support programs, deployment advice, employment and educational information for dependents, and even delicious recipes!  Finally, the newsletter also publicizes USCENTCOM and local community activities.
