Ticket Problems

If you have problems with tickets you purchased you should first contact and/or return to the outlet or organization that sold you the tickets.

Because of the several different ways in which tickets can be purchased it is only possible to begin resolving a problem by first going back to the original source of the ticket sale.

The KiMo Theatre staff can provide you with contact information for the Presenter and/or Ticketmaster.

All Sales Are Final

Tickets for events at the KiMo Theatre are the property of that specific event's Presenter. The Presenter usually contracts with the KiMo Theatre and Ticketmaster to sell tickets 'on behalf of ' the Presenter.

In nearly all circumstances, ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are available and your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Due to specific language in the sales contract agreements, the KiMo Theatre and Ticketmaster are not allowed to make exceptions.

Because tickets to an event are the property of that event's Presenter, only they are able to make any adjustments.

If you purchased tickets for a show that for an unforseen reason you will not be able to attend, it might be possible to return them but only directly to the event's Presenter.  This exception usually ONLY applies if the show is sold out.  The KiMo Theatre staff can provide you with contact information for the Presenter.
