The Society of American Indian Government Employees (SAIGE) will hold its Sixth Annual Training Conference on June 1-5, 2009, in San Diego, California. The training program is targeted towards Federal employees. The theme for this year’s Training Conference is “Many Nations, One Spirit.”
This conference qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. The training is open to all employees and will provide training and workshops over a range of topics including “Indian Country Issues”, “Personal and Professional Development” and “Veteran Outreach.”
Federal employees and managers are encouraged to review additional conference and training information when deciding to participate, such as course descriptions, costs, and schedules, at the following website www.saige.org.
