The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) will hold its Annual Federal Training Institute (FTI) on July 14-16, 2009, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The training program is targeted towards Federal employees. The theme for this year’s conference is “Reaching New Frontiers; Expanding the Latino Agenda.”
This FTI qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. The training is open to all employees and will provide training and workshops in a variety of areas including “A Journey to Leadership Development,” “Project & Program Management Planning” and “Leadership Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) Competencies – GS 14 and 15.”
