Now available Performance and Employee Recognition Mailbox! If you have a question or an issue regarding performance management or employee recognition, we now have a faster, more efficient way for you to get your questions answered or your issues resolved. If you are not the phone type, but you love emailing instead then we have the perfect solution for you. The Employee Development, Performance and Recognition Staff is introducing their performance management and employee recognition mailbox. The email address is Performance@ars.usda.gov. The staff will be checking the mailbox regularly to answer questions, comments, or issues.
