Operational IT Plan
The NOAA OCIO prepares the Operational Information Technology Plan (OITP) annually at the beginning of each fiscal year.
The OITP describes the work performed on IT systems in the previous fiscal year
as well as planned activities for the current fiscal year. The OITP also
demonstrates the managerial, organizational, and financial oversight that is
performed on these IT systems.
