This site is the entryway to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) data entry and reporting site for the following activities:
  • Center for Substance Abuse Treatment’s (CSAT) Discretionary Services and Best Practices grants
    • Data entry, reporting, grant documentation such as tools and codebooks, and general information
SAMHSA funds grants to provide substance abuse and mental health services to states and communities across the country. The CSAT web site is the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) data entry and reporting system for use by its Discretionary Services and Best Practices grantees, and SAMHSA/CSAT staff.
