SAMHSA funds grants to provide substance abuse and mental health services to
states and communities across the country. The CSAT web site is the Government
Performance and Results Act (GPRA) data entry and reporting system for use by
its Discretionary Services and Best Practices grantees, and SAMHSA/CSAT staff.
