Census 2000 was the largest peacetime effort in the history of the United States.  Population information for the approximately 26 million veterans across the United States and Puerto Rico is now available.  These demographics are helpful in focusing our veteran agenda, and analyzing our health and benefits programs.  This data is as of 4/1/2000.
