NOAA Program Management Reviews

The NOAA PMO was created to formalize project management across IT projects as well as provide greater visibility and transparency into IT investments.

    The PMO consists of two divisions: the Enterprise Projects Division and the Telecommunications Division.The Enterprise Project Division manages enterprise projects and provides other project management services to NOAA corporate and line offices. The activities of this Division are the focus of the Program Management Reviews.

    Enterprise Project managers present status reports periodically to the NOAA OCIOs for their review and recommendations. The Reviews are held weekly, focusing on one project review per meeting.
