Engineering & C4IT Workforce Management
The Office of Engineering and C4IT Work Force Management (CG-481) develops and maintains the qualifications, staffing, and performance standards of the technical work force of the United States Coast Guard. CG-481 is responsible for the development and management of the Enlisted Performance Qualifications and requirements for the officer specialties, including CWO's. Additionally, CG-481 provides content and quota management of all 'A', 'C', and non-residence courses, as well as management of the CG-4 and CG-6 sponsored advanced education programs.
