The Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) supports local communities in providing services and opportunities to young people. FYSB does so by awarding funding that enables communities to offer services to young people and their families and to test new approaches to helping youth. You may wish to call the Administration on Children, Youth and Families Operations Center and ask that your name be added to the FYSB funding announcement mailing list so that you will be informed about available FYSB funding. FYSB will be sponsoring a pre-application conference for all parties interested in applying for the Street Outreach Program. The conference will be held over the Internet. The purpose of the conference is to respond to questions about the program announcement. The pre-application conference will be held on April 30, 2009 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time. A recording and transcript of the pre-application conference will be posted at: http://www.acf.hhs.gov/grants/grants_fysb.html following the conference and at least 30 days prior to the application due date. It will be available until the closing date of the announcement.
