  • You are, or may be, a party to a civil action arising out of the conduct described in the accident report.

The processing time for your report will vary depending on the incident. If your report is not available at the time of your request, it will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.

The Albuquerque Police Department is currently in the process of creating an online solution to meet the needs of insurance agencies, law firms and accident report retrieval services. 

If you are requesting information through the State of New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act or City of Albuquerque Open Records Ordinance, please make your request in writing to the City Clerk's Office at:
