Rescission

  1. This notice is issued in accordance with Departmentwide policy and rescinds VA Manual MP-2, Subchapter E, Part 108-31, Inspection and Quality Control, in its entirety.
  2. Due to the closure of the VA Supply Depots, testing and standardization of supplies and equipment will be the responsibility of individual field facilities.
  3. RESCISSION: This notice is rescinded August 31, 1996; however, the information reflected will remain in effect until such time as there is a change in policy.
