COLA Settlement

On August 17, 2000, the United States District Court of the Virgin Islands approved the settlement of Caraballo et al. v. United States, Civil No. 197/27 (D.V.I.). Caraballo was a class-action lawsuit in which the plaintiffs contested the methodology the Office of Personnel Management used to determine COLA rates.
