The end of the fiscal year is fast approaching!
Remember, GovWorks must have funding documents in BEFORE the actual end of the fiscal year to process the paperwork in time.
Important Dates:
Friday, September 18, 2006 – Last day to accept funding documents
Sunday, September 24, 2006 – Last day to make a FY06 award
Funding Document Information
Clients are requested to email their funding documents to fundingdocuments@aqd.nbc.gov and copy their Contracting Officer on the email.
Funding documents can also be faxed to the funding team at 703.964.5300.
Clients are encouraged to submit the funding document earlier than the deadline
to ensure the document is processed and entered into the system BEFORE the deadline.
Award Information
Any award made from a 2006 project after the deadline will be updated by the GovWorks Business Information System (BIS) Quality Control, to reflect a FY07 number.
Any new or current clients with new FY06 business should be directed to newbusiness@aqd.nbc.gov or call 703.964.8800 before the deadlines.
