About Program Development and Implementation

Program Development and Implementation (PDI) is comprised of UID, Purchase Card and E-business. UID is a Department of Defense program that will enable easy access to information about DoD possessions that will make acquisition, repair, and deployment of items faster and more efficient. Purchase Cards are government charge cards that enable the Department of Defense to streamline its business processes and thereby free up resources for critical national security needs. E-business is the department of Defense Business Transformation Agency (BTA) efforts in conjunction with DPAP method of leading efforts to make sure policies, processes, data, technology and people are aligned and integrated to provide a consistent experience for suppliers and DoD stakeholders.
