Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTR/COR) have an important role in the administration and technical oversight
of contracts. The Department of the Interior eligibility policy governs the Acquisition Services Directorate COTR/COR
Certification Program. COTR/COR candidates are required to meet specific training requirements to become the Acquisition Services Directorate
COTR/COR certified. Only certified COTRs/CORs are eligible to perform associated duties in support of our contracts.
