Complaints

The Pennsylvania Office of General Attorney receives more than 30,000 complaints related to consumer issues, health care issues, insurance fraud, violations of the Pennsylvania Do Not Call Law, SPAM email and junk mail, and numerous other subjects.

The complaints can be filed using the online complaint forms or printing and sending a complaint form to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office.

It is important that we receive as much detailed information as possible, to help with the investigation and to resovle the complaints.
