Creating a Printable Custom Schedule

Over the years we have received many requests to provide a printable version of our our online schedules. We have investigated several different methods, but none provided a satisfactory solution. After we developed online Trip Planning, we were able to use the same database to generate a customizable schedule. And, because we are using the Trip Planner database, the information will always be current since the Trip Planner database is updated bi-weekly.

We developed the custom schedule application to allow no more than five stops because that is the number that can be comfortably printed on an standard sheet of paper. On the other hand, you have the opportunity to select your preferred five from a larger choice of locations than appear on the standard Metro Online timetable for most routes.

If you still want a Metro-printed paper timetable, you can find one:

• On your bus
• At the many Metro information racks throughout King County
• Order it online
• Send Customer Services (customer.comments@kingcounty.gov) an e-mail with your postal mailing address, be sure to include your ZIP code
