The Poultry Program of USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service provides voluntary poultry and egg grading and certification services.  These services are usually preformed by resident graders who are assigned to a specific plant on either a full-time or part-time basis.  Most grading services provided to resident plants are also available on a temporary plant basis; that is, on an as-needed basis.  The following page allows you to identify plants that utilize voluntary grading services.
