The Program on Health
Outcomes (PHO) was created in September of 1998 to lead and coordinate health
outcomes studies and educational initiatives at the University of North
Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill, in partnership
with other organizations and individuals in the health care industry. The
following presentations by senior managers at the Agency for Healthcare Research
and Quality (AHRQ) were given as part of the PHO seminar series. Links are
provided to the UNC site for these presentations.
