Number of trajectories with + symbol: I believe this is limited to 80 characters. If you want more use a file listing all the filenames as the 'INFILE' program used for clustering. In the GUI, enter "+INFILE".
A cluster can have only one trajectory. However, to do the clustering, at least 30 trajectories are needed.
