Would HYSPLIT work to model an atmospheric release of a biological toxin?

The model just transports and disperses pollutants. You need to define the characteristics of the pollutant. For particles (or viruses) it might be their size and density. These values would affect their settling velocity and hence transport pathway. So if you know something about the biological agent, then you can configure the model for the simulation.
