Parking near the U.S. Consulate General is very limited. Therefore, applicants are encouraged to use public transportation to avoid difficulties. The Pre-tren bus stops at Av. Vallarta & Progreso, one block from the U.S. Consulate.

The call center where information and visa appointments are obtained is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Central Time) and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central Time).
