Just kidding. Fans of our “Signs of the Times” presentations have shared our collection of confusing, contradictory and/or nonsensical signs. “After all the negative examples, I thought one example of clear, unambiguous signage might be nice,” this contributor wrote.

Kind of makes you wonder why the road was closed. Did it just end at the 200-foot drop off a cliff? Had there been just one or two signs, and some numbskull drove down there by mistake earlier and then claimed he didn’t see the warning?

There’s no question now, that’s for sure.
