SUBJECT: Ethics in Government Act of 1978, As Amended

1. Pursuant to the authority vested in me and in implementation of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, as amended, the Assistant General Counsel for General Law, Ethics, and Regulation is appointed “Designated Agency Ethics Official” and the Deputy Assistant General Counsel (Ethics) is appointed “Alternate Designated Agency Ethics Official” for the Department of the Treasury within the meaning of that law and regulation.

2. CANCELLATION. This Order supersedes Treasury Order 107-01, “The Ethics in Government Act of 1978,” dated April 23, 2007.
