  Reporting a child support evader
  Question
I know someone who owes child support and isn’t paying. How can I report it?
  Answer

Thank you for checking! In the Feedback section of the Child Support website, there is a Tipline. You can send any information that you have to us and we will send it along to the state that has the case and/or the state where the parent is.

Include as much information as you have - name(s), state where the custodial parent/children are, state where the noncustodial parent is, where he/she is working, and any identifying information that you think of:

http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cse/feedback.html

The "clickable" tipline is at the bottom of the page.

Some states have tiplines as well and would welcome any information that you can provide. State websites are at: http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cse/extinf.html
