Osaka-Kobe Consular District: Aichi, Ehime, Fukui, Gifu, Hiroshima, Hyogo, Ishikawa, Kagawa, Kochi, Kyoto, Mie, Nara, Okayama, Osaka, Shimane, Shiga, Tokushima, Tottori, Toyama, Wakayama.
