The Road Safety Audits (RSA) DVD "A New Way of Doing Business" may be viewed and downloaded on this website, along with their corresponding texts.

The primary purpose of this RSA DVD is to provide a background for public agencies to draw upon when developing their own Road Safety Audit (RSA) policies and procedures and when conducting RSAs within their jurisdiction. There are two editions of the DVD: a short 3:29 version and a long 11:10 version.
