DART Route 935

Dial-a-Ride Transit (DART) offers two transportation services: fixed and (limited) variable routing. Route 935 provides DART service in Kenmore, Juanita and Kingsgate.

The cost for this service is the same as a one-zone fare on a Metro bus. Ask the driver for a transfer to use on any of Metro's regular bus routes.

Scheduled Service/Fixed Routing

DART vans provides half-hourly peak hour service and hourly midday service. You may wait at any bus stop along the route for regularly scheduled Route 935 trips.

Reservations/Variable Routing

You can request customized rides on DART by calling the DART reservation office. You need to make your trip request at least two hours before you want to be picked up, and you can make your reservations for 30 days at a time, up to 30 days in advance. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. DART service is provided by during the following hours:

• Monday through Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• Saturday: no service
• Sundays and Holidays: no service

Reservations can be made by calling toll-free 1-866-261-DART(3278) (voice), or 1-800-246-1646 (TTY) during the following hours; leave a message all other times:

• Monday through Friday: 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
• Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
• Sundays: 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

You can also make your reservation online directly through Hopelink's web site [external link]. Hopelink operates DART under a contract with King County Metro Transit.

A limited number of off-route deviations, only, can be made on any given trip. Vans can deviate from their fixed routes to serve other locations within the service area, but they cannot necessarily provide door-to-door service due to safety and other operational considerations (narrow streets, cul-de-sacs, etc.). You may be requested to board/deboard at a location a block or more from your home or destination.
