Metro's Customer Information Office Hours
Customer Information is open 24 hours a day except for Major Holidays when the office will be closed. The day following the major holiday, Customer Information will re-open:
- at 6:00 AM if the day following falls on a weekend;
- at 5:00 AM if the day following falls on a weekday.
